Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Digital Frenzy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and services, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

For Digital Products:

• All digital product sales are final.
  Due to the downloadable nature of items like templates and recipes, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered.

For Design Services:

• A non-refundable advance is required to begin work.
• Refunds are not issued for completed or in-progress work.
• Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of booking. After that, the advance is non-refundable.
